Miracle
in motion

Evangel church family,

We continue to stand amazed at all God has done through our church family and the capacity He has given us to continue to expand His Kingdom. We continue to thank God for you and for the unique opportunities He has put in front of us as a people.

In the Bible, miracles were rarely instant. They were in motion—unfolding moment by moment as people stepped out in faith.

From Jesus turning water into wine, to the woman who reached out to touch Jesus’ garment, to the little boy who gave up his lunch in faith to feed thousands–bold moves of faith and trust-filled steps of obedience set the miracle in motion. We believe that 2025 is going to be a year of miracles in motion as God takes what seems small and insignificant and multiplies it beyond what we could imagine.

While you begin to read the Vision and Legacy Makers Guide, you will see the heart of Evangel poured out in words and pictures as we endeavour to accomplish the mission of Christ through us. This year, we’ll be stepping into moments of faith, obedience, and trust—believing that God will take those moments and do what only He can do. Whether it’s through restored relationships, supernatural provision, physical healing, or lives being transformed, the miracle is in motion. With God’s help in 2025, we hope to expand the efforts of the Midwest Leadership College, to start Phase II of the Bismarck and Dickinson campuses expansions, to build the church in correctional centers and rural Alaska, and to see more people healed, delivered, and set free.

As we lean into this theme Miracle in Motion, let’s ask ourselves: Where is God calling us to trust Him? What steps of faith is He inviting us to take? Maybe it’s serving in a new way, reaching out to someone who needs hope, or praying bold prayers for your family and community. Let’s believe together that as we step out, God will show up. He’s the same God who healed the woman who reached for Him, provided a meal for thousands through a young boy’s lunch, and transformed water into wine in Scripture—and He’s doing it again, right here at Evangel.

So come along with us in this Vision and Legacy Makers Guide as we embark on our next adventure with Jesus. Let your heart be inspired. Believe God for all He has promised. We are witnessing a miracle in motion!

Until the whole world hears,

WAYS TO GIVE

Giving is a form of discipleship, and how we treat money is a reflection of our heart for Christ. Great happiness doesn't come from the things we get, rather great joy comes from investing and building the Kingdom of God and seeing lives changed around us.

"Don't store up treasures here on earth, where moths eat them and rust destroys them, and where thieves break in and steal. Store your treasures in heaven, where moths and rust cannot destroy, and thieves do not break in and steal. Wherever your treasure is, there the desires of your hearth will also be."

Matthew 6:19-21 NLT
