Child Dedications | Bismarck campus

We are so happy that you have decided to dedicate your child at Evangel! Child dedications will take place in the Sunroom to provide a more personal ministry moment for your family and those close to you. This will also allow the dedicating pastor to spend more intentional time with you and your family. An instructional email will be sent the week of the dedication date and service you select!

‍Please use parent's name and contact information at the beginning of the form to register in the contact information section and in the attendee name section as well. Child(ren)'s information will go into the additional attendee information. Feel free to invite as many family and friends as you would like. Please arrive fifteen minutes before your scheduled time so you get a chance to meet with the child dedication team members.
